Mrs. Tiffany Seeley To All Instructors

I was born and raised in the Chicago area. I started gymnastics through the YMCA at age 5 with my best friend.

We both quickly progressed and moved up through the levels so our parents took us to a private gymnastics club where we eventually joined the competitive team.

I stayed on the team for a few years, but after my best friend quit she decided to quit to pursue other interests.

I played lots of other sports including basketball, softball, cheerleading; excelling due to my gymnastics background.

During middle school my PE teacher used to ask me to help her teach the gymnastics unit during class, she even wrote notes to get me out of other classes to help her!

I started coaching as an actual job when I was 16. I have coached all ages and abilities up to and including girls who have gone to the Olympic trials.

I owned my own private gymnastics club for about 8 years. I decided to step back from high level, competitive gymnastics to focus on my family.

Besides gymnastics I love photography, traveling, skiing, baking and animals!
