Facility Room Requests – Instructor Overview

To ensure our campus spaces are used efficiently and support all programs, please follow these guidelines when requesting a facility room:


Who Can Submit Room Requests?

All instructors teaching classes or hosting approved events within our organization.


How to Submit a Room Request

  1. Complete the Facility Room Request For

  2. Submit Requests by Deadline

    • Requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for scheduling and approval.

  3. Wait for Confirmation

    • Room assignments are not final until you receive confirmation from administration.


Important Reminders

  • Rooms are assigned based on availability, class needs, and organizational priorities.

  • Do not assume prior year room assignments will remain the same each semester.

  • If your class requires special equipment (e.g. sinks, projector, piano), include this in your request.

  • Any changes to your scheduled room must be approved by administration.
