When will United Collective start and end?
AnswerUnited Collective Fall semester will start on August 20, 2024 and end on December 10, 2024.
United Collective Spring semester will start on January 9, 2025 and will end on May 8, 2025.

AnswerThe Location for United Collective will be announced in Mid July 2024, but will be located in the west valley.
Structure
What will the structure be for United Collective?
AnswerUnited Collective will be a one day a week community that meets on Thursdays for a full day of learning and fun. We are located in Litchfield Park, AZ.
How many families will be accepted into United Collective?
AnswerUpon opening we will have a maxium of 100 students. We will also hold a wait list for interest as we expand and grow.
Are Parents welcome to stay?
AnswerYes, absolutely we encourage it as many other things will be occuring on campus that parents can learn and grow to expand their toolbox during the day.
What are the qualifications for your instructors?
AnswerAt United Collective safety is the number one priority and we want to ensure the experience is a professional, faith based, empowering experience for the students and parents.
Teachers, Tutors, and Instructors must all hold a Fingerprint Clearance Card and proper creditionals for teaching their course and subject matter.
Background Checks are required and they must maintain all professional standards within United Collective.
Will you offer programs for Adaptive Learners?
AnswerAbsolutely, United Collective is an inclusive space for all and we want to ensure we have courses and classes designed to empower and expand education throughout the community. We want to be a safe secure space where others feel seen and heard and can come without judgement and feel supported.
Are you an Allowable Expense for ESA?
AnswerYes, at United Collective the courses and classes will be an allowable expense.
What grades will the United Collective offer?
AnswerWe will offer all grades from Kindergarten to High school graduate.
What is the policy for refunds and cancellation?
AnswerUnited Collective Cancellation Policy
Our community is built on trust, commitment, and the shared goal of fostering a nurturing environment for our families. To ensure the sustainability of our program and fairness to all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Membership Cancellation

Notice Requirement: Families must provide written notice at least 30 days before the intended cancellation date.

Refund Eligibility:

If notice is given before the program start date, a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee will be issued.

If notice is given after the program start date, refunds are not available as resources and commitments have already been allocated.

2. Class Enrollment Cancellation

Before Classes Begin:

Families who withdraw from individual classes prior to the start of the semester will receive a refund for class fees minus a $25 processing fee per class.

No refunds will be provided.

Special exceptions (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to board approval.

3. Event or Workshop Cancellation

Community Events and Workshops:

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded.

4. Responsibility to Inform
Families who cancel their membership or enrollment are responsible for returning any borrowed materials, ensuring outstanding payments are settled, and notifying instructors or team leaders of their withdrawal.
5. Program Discontinuation
In the unlikely event that a class, program, or event is canceled by the community due to unforeseen circumstances, families will receive a prorated refund for any unfulfilled portions.

What is the investment and fees to United Collective?

As part of our commitment to providing a high-quality, faith-based educational experience, our Christian Hybrid Homeschooling Community operates as a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting students and families. To sustain our programs and resources, we require an annual membership fee per student.
Your investment in this membership fee directly supports our mission to provide a nurturing and academically challenging environment grounded in Christian values. We are grateful for your partnership and look forward to a successful and enriching year together.
Student Registration Fee (Registration per student per semester) —
- Regular Registration – $300.00 per student
Our unique a la carte course offerings allow students from K-12th grade to customize their education, choosing the classes that best meet their academic needs and interests. This approach ensures that every student receives a tailored education that aligns with their goals and values.
Our Christian Hybrid Community is dedicated to providing an educational environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and personally. By offering courses a la carte, we ensure that every family can create an educational experience that is as unique as their child.
Building Course Fees —
- $270 per class, per student.
- Additonal supply fees may apply.
These fees can be paid electronically. More info will be provided upon completing registration.
NOTE: Your student’s spot in any class cannot be secured until ALL payments are received.
*Lab costs will vary by subject, with biology and chemistry labs costing more than physics and earth science.
United Collective will procure all basic supplies for the collective community. Class supplies such as textbooks, materials, and more will be added to your class cost.
The base cost per class will be $270.00 per course per student. If additonal supplies or lab costs are needed they will be listed and resources will be given with your class enrollment
Invoicing and Payment: United Collective will invoice your family through the member portal, where you can pay securely. After payment, you can download a paid invoice for your records or reimbursement needs. We accept ESA debit card payments and provide assistance from ESA experts.
Late Payments: Payments made after the 5th of the month will be considered late. A late fee of $50 will be charged to your child's account unless accommodation have been arranged.

What if I need to withdraw my student from the Collective?

Enrollment Duration: While United Collective does not require parents to sign a contract for a specific enrollment duration, we do ask for a minium of one year committment. This allows families, instructors, and the community the opportunity to truly experinece what the collective has to offer. There are contracts in place for our teachers and aides. To ensure smooth operations, we request your notice in writing if you decide to withdraw your student.
Once the semester starts, if a parent chooses to drop classes after the semester begins, any class fees are forfeited, and families remain responsible for the full semester's tuition. However, families will not incur charges for the following semester if a student withdraws in writing before the semester starts.
